ACM Lifting Lives®, the philanthropic arm of the Academy of Country Music® announced yesterday the ACM Lifting Lives® COVID-19 Response Fund allocated an additional $250,000 bringing the total fund to $1 million. In less than a week, more than $600,000 has been distributed directly to Country Music industry professionals who demonstrate immediate financial needs due to COVID-19 and meet the outlined criteria. The ACM Lifting Lives® COVID-19 Response Fund was created to assist individuals working in the Country Music industry who are suffering a financial crisis as a result of the pandemic. For more information about applying for assistance and for other critical resources visit ACMLiftingLives.org. Also, please direct any colleagues you may know who might be in need of assistance to the link. To continue being able to provide support to our community, we urge you to also share this information with any colleagues, corporations, or artists that could help contribute financially to the ACM Lifting Lives COVID-19 Response Fund. If any are raising money or looking to support something that goes 100% back into the Country Music community, please ask them to consider the ACM LL COVID-19 Fund. These contributions will help us continue to disperse funds to those individuals who need it most.
