ACM Lifting Lives®, the philanthropic arm of the Academy of Country Music® announced yesterday the ACM Lifting Lives® COVID-19 Response Fund allocated an additional $250,000 bringing the total fund to $1 million. In less than a week, more than $600,000 has been distributed directly to Country Music industry professionals who demonstrate immediate financial needs due to COVID-19 and meet the outlined criteria. The ACM Lifting Lives® COVID-19 Response Fund was created to assist individuals working in the Country Music industry who are suffering a financial crisis as a result of the pandemic. Also, please direct any colleagues you may know who might be in need of assistance to the link. To continue being able to provide support to our community, we urge you to also share this information with any colleagues, corporations, or artists that could help contribute financially to the ACM Lifting Lives COVID-19 Response Fund. If any are raising money or looking to support something that goes 100% back into the Country Music community, please ask them to consider the ACM LL COVID-19 Fund. These contributions will help us continue to disperse funds to those individuals who need it most. We are also happy to let you know that due to overwhelming viewer response, ACM PRESENTS: OUR COUNTRY will be rebroadcast Saturday, April 11 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT, 7:00-9:00 PM CT) on the CBS Television Network and on CBS All Access. ACM PRESENTS: OUR COUNTRY features performances from Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Kane Brown & John Legend, Luke Bryan, Brandi Carlile, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Sheryl Crow, Florida Georgia Line, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Tim McGraw, Old Dominion, Brad Paisley & Darius Rucker, Thomas Rhett, Blake Shelton & Gwen Stefani, Shania Twain, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban. Additionally, the special honors 10-time ACM Award winner Kenny Rogers with tribute performances by Luke Bryan, Brad Paisley and Darius Rucker.
