MUSIC, FOOD, FUN, SUN, RECORD ATTENDANCE . . . AND A REDNECK WEDDING AT COUNTRY THUNDER ARIZONA!

The mass of country music fans and some 7200 campers which converge on this sleepy little town every April have done it again. Huge crowds began gathering Wednesday at the Canyon Moon Ranch near Florence, and peaked at 30,000 boisterous fans in the concert bowl during each night’s closing performance.

“Attendance records in Florence have been broken for the second consecutive year,” says Country Thunder Music Festivals CEO,” Troy Vollhoffer. “Year in and year out, the great state of Arizona proves itself as the best place for Country Thunder Music Festivals to kick-off our season.”

Vollhoffer says that incredible fans and the way music brings them together is what makes the Arizona event special.

“We do everything possible to pull together the biggest and best talent line-up for Florence every year,” he says. “But it’s these fans which make Country Thunder Arizona one of greatest events in live music annually. It is truly a festival experience rather than a multi-day concert.

“Early bird tickets for 2019 sold out in just a few hours on Thursday – now we’re going to start getting ready to do it all again next year!”

In addition to scintillating headline performances from Bryan, Toby Keith, Jason Aldean and Cole Swindell, CT Nation enjoyed a wide array of food and beverage options, carnival rides, sponsor activations, line dancing and EDM nights in the giant Electric Thunder tent.

The massive Big Top structure also served as a perfect venue for a spectacular Country Thunder redneck wedding on Sunday afternoon. Country Thunder staff and a plethora of fans and dancers were present for the nuptials, making the afternoon even more special.

On-site charities such as The 100 Club, Ride For The Warrior and the Coolidge Youth Coalition all raised funds and awareness for their respective causes, while a Saturday evening back stage charity event raised over $12,500 for the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.

Four-day passes are available for Country Thunder 2019 at the current GA price of only $130.00. Next year’s festival will take place from April 11-14.
